Task Description:
Implement the Pre-Consultation Data Entry screen for the Reception role.
This screen allows reception staff to enter basic health parameters for a patient after token generation and before doctor consultation.

Navigation:
Reception → Today Tokens → Enter Pre-Consultation

Required Fields:
These must be shown but not editable:
Patient ID
Patient Name
Token Number
Visit Date

Mandatory Fields:
Blood Pressure (BP) – Number (mmHg)
Weight – Number (kg)
Temperature – Number (°C)
Pulse Rate – Number (bpm)

Basic Validations:
Required Fields mandatory
Number fields accept numbers only
Show clear error message if save fails
